ULTIMATE Platter
A luxurious platter for two, showcasing four pieces of local cheese from Goldfields Farmhouse Cheese and The Warrnambool Cheese Co., with crackers, summer fruits, Springmount’s pastes and black garlic. Alongside this is a medley of marinated antipasto vegetables, olives, relish, flat bread and Salt Kitchen’s ham hock terrine.
*gluten free biscuits or flat bread – $2, option to add fresh honeycomb or Castlemaine hot salami to platters – $6ea.
