SUMMER SIZZLE WEEKENDS

FRIDAY 31ST JANUARY TO SUNDAY 2ND FEBRUARY

This weekend we are having a summer sausage sizzle!

Come and relax with friends in our alfresco area by the barby!

Any craft beer and BBQ sausage in bread for $10.

Choose from classic beef or garlic and herb pork sausages, with option of onion, and one of our craft beers listed below*

Additional sausages can also be purchased, as well as our regular menu finger food items and cheese platters.

Select from *Palling Bros. Off The Bat Lager, The Bailiff Pale Ale or Death By Tango, Red Duck Pale Ale, Hop Shark IPA, Sunday Saison or Amid.

CELEBRATE AT RJM’S WINE BAR

Menu – $60 per person

A glass of sparkling wine or drink of choice will be provided on arrival ^

Entrée

Smoked salmon stack – slices of smoked salmon and marinated capsicum, layered on pappadums, finished with a lemon dill dressing.

Oysters (4) – natural or with Thai sauce.

Main

A choice of either steak & onion or chicken pie.

Served with rosemary smashed potatoes – Penfolds’ olive oil, rosemary and sea salt, with sour cream and chives.

Cheese

A gourmet cheese platter for two, showcasing three pieces of local cheese from Goldfields Farmhouse and The Warrnambool Cheese Co., served with crackers, olives, seasonal fruits, and the delectable pastes and black garlic from Springmount Fine Foods.

Dessert

Gourmet chocolate mud cake dusted with icing sugar and served with fresh berries and cream.
