RJM’s Wine Bar Ballarat offers several memorable function spaces and options to suit your next function or occasion perfectly.

RJM’s is the perfect function venue. For a minimum of 20 people we will open Monday to Saturday from 1 pm for your own private event. No sharing with a room next door. You can choose indoors or our gorgeous and secluded alfresco. For larger numbers (40-70) we will make the entire venue available to you. Hire of venue rates are very reasonable.

We tailor your special occasion to your budget and other requirements; including dietary requirements.

Perhaps your function is to celebrate a birthday or special occasion? Whether it's a larger number of guests, or are simply looking for a suitable space for a smaller get together, baby shower or bridal shower, RJM's have flexible indoor areas and an outdoor alfresco space that will be perfect for your function.

We also cater for corporate functions with 2 options - our Blue Room (May–October, 20-30 people) or Whole Venue including Alfresco (November–April, up to 70 people). Please refer to our functions packages below for full details.

We are ready for a party with a small stage at the rear verandah giving you the option of live music for your function. Our contacts with excellent musicians allow you this option for your private event – simply enquire when booking.

We are well situated with easy parking for large numbers, both on street and in our rear car park.

RJM's Function Spaces can be booked for your event any day of the week from 1pm.

Functions Packages

RJM's offers a range of function packages with a variety of finger food and hot & cold platters.

We can cater for specific dietary requirements and children also. All package quantities will be adjusted to suit your number of guests.

DRINKS – No minimum spend. Options include a Food & Drinks Package (please enquire), a Tab, purchased individually, or a combination of Tab & individual purchase.
