1816’s white sourdough with Penfolds’ olive oil, balsamic vinegar and dukkah to dip.

Three pieces of local cheese; a Brie style, a cheddar and choice of either a blue vein or a maple toffee cheddar.

Five pieces of local cheese; a Brie style, a semi-hard cheese such as Miner's Delight, two Cheddars and either a blue vein or a maple toffee cheddar.

*Both cheese platters are accompanied by a selection of olives, seasonal or dried fruits, walnuts and crackers, and Springmount’s fruit pastes and unique black garlic. The option to add fresh honeycomb/or a honey drizzle makes a delightful pairing with blue vein cheese!

ANTIPASTO BOARD — $24 (ADD SALAMI $6)

A medley of marinated red capsicum, zucchini and artichokes with wild olives and Meredith marinated goat’s fetta, served with 1816’s white sourdough.

VEGAN PLATTER — $28 *v, vg

Tasty and Gouda-style vegan cheeses with crackers, chickpea falafels and hommus, lightly salted nuts, olives, Roma tomatoes and marinated antipasto; served with 1816’s white sourdough.

CHARCUTERIE BOARD - $50

A selection of Salt Kitchen's delicacies - Waghu pastrami (rubbed with spices then hot smoked over Beech wood), smoked leg ham, and either a terrine or  Waghu Breasola (dry cured with juniper and herbs for two months) - alongside Castlemaine hot salami, Roma tomatoes and bread sticks.

* Gluten free crackers and flat bread available - $2.

Affogato — $8 (ADD FRANGELICO $7)

Espresso, vanilla ice cream, choc wafers.

Dusted in icing sugar, served with cream.
