Harcourt ciders are made using minimal chemical inputs and draw on techniques used in Somerset, England and Normandy, France. Harcourt only use 100% Real Australian Apples and Pears, no concentrates or added sugar.

An assortment of local cheese - a Brie style, Cheddar, a semi-hard, and a choice of either a blue vein, or a maple and toffee cheddar. Accompanied by a selection of olives, seasonal or dried fruits, walnuts and crackers, and Springmount’s fruit pastes and unique black garlic.

A medley of marinated red capsicum, zucchini or eggplant, and artichokes, with wild olives and Meredith marinated goat’s fetta, served with flat bread.
